What file formats do you support?
We currently support <strong>CSV</strong> (Comma Separated Values) and <strong>Excel</strong> (.xlsx, .xls) files. We are working on adding support for JSON and other formats soon.
Is there a file size limit?
Yes. For the <strong>Free Plan</strong>, files are limited to approximately 10MB to ensure browser performance. <strong>Pro Plan</strong> users can analyze files up to 50MB-100MB depending on their device's memory.
Can I use this on my mobile phone?
Yes! Snowmaple is fully responsive. However, for complex data manipulation and large datasets, we recommend using a desktop or tablet for the best experience.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data stored?
<strong>Nowhere on our servers.</strong> Your data is processed 100% locally in your web browser. It never leaves your device. We only store your account information (email, subscription status) if you sign up.
Do you see my financial data?
No. Since we don't upload your files, we cannot see, access, or sell your data. We use Stripe for payment processing, so we also never see your credit card details.
Is my data shared with AI?
To generate AI-powered insights and reports, we securely transmit only summarized data aggregations to our AI provider. Your raw local files are never uploaded or shared.

What is included with the Free Plan?
The Free Plan allows you to analyze up to 2 files per session. You get access to all basic charts and statistics. It's perfect for quick, one-off tasks.
